We strive hard to ALWAYS have our website updated, but due to a high traffic volume, sometimes we may be out of stock on some items. Most of our items, we have in stock and ready to ship. If not, we will notify you that your order has been placed and will ship in 2-4 weeks. Otherwise,we ship VERY promptly ,usually the very next day!, unless it is a custom made order(such as our custom jewelry). If you order a custom made item, please allow at least 1 week to make your item and have it shipped to you. Please do not contact us any earlier asking about your order, as this will only delay the order.
