 to request a return authorization number. This RA number must be on the outside of the package when you ship it back to us.We offer returns, only for defective merchandise. When we recieve the defective item back, we will refund your purchase through Paypal. Defective merchandise must be returned within 7 days in the same form as it was mailed to you. All other sales are exchangeable within 10 days. All returns must be in original unlaundered condition with hang-tags still on them. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Shipping charges are NOT refundable, this is a common practice in the retail industry. All sales are final on special or custom orders and sale merchandise so please be sure to read our measurements and fittings instructions.
